RETURN POLICY

We at SAV JEWELS, take utmost care of each piece of jewellery we sell, and we have pure intentions to ensure that our clients get the same honest treatment for each penny they spend here. Thus we have come up with an honest return policy , where clients can return the product within 24 hours of receiving it, in case they don't like it. No questions shall be asked. Courier charges for both sides shall be borne by the client and rest of the amount shall be refunded.

(Please Note:- this shall include all items listed on the store except for the ones, where no returns are specifically mentioned). 

Only one product per order/address can be returned incase of multiple orders or multiple pieces in a single order within a week. 

Returns shall not be taken for wrong size ordered. We request you to check the sizes before ordering. You can Whatsapp (+919836976110) us for size queries as well. 

Return Policy is only applicable in India. No Returns accepted on items purchased on discount.

Refund shall be initiated only once we receive the package and ensure everything is intact without damage in its original packing.

For claim on damage or defective product, we request the clients to make a video while opening the package, where the seal of the package should be intact in the video on all sides. In case you receive any damage or defective product, you can request us for returns and we shall arrange for pickup. Clients shall not bear return courier charge on damage or defective products with video proof. As soon as we receive the product we can replace/repair or exchange as per clients wish.

Note:- There are possibilities of minor variations in design and colors from the pic, since the pieces are made in bulk, the hand work may have a little variations but we ensure the entire look of the jewel remains the same, in case you are ordering a very expensive piece and wish to have a look at the video, you can Whatsapp at +919836976110, we would and send it to you :-)

REFUNDS SHALL NOT HAPPEN IN THE
FOLLOWING CASES
1. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS OR CONTACT NUMBER
2. PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED BY CLIENT
3. PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN USED OR DAMAGED WHEN RETURNED
4. WRONG SIZE ORDERED (We will exchange or replace if possible)
